A curated selection of home renovations by Lishome in the most representative neighbourhoods of central Madrid.
We buy few homes and we choose them one by one. Before committing to a property we study the building, the floor plan, the natural light and how the street behaves at different times of day. We only move forward when the home can genuinely improve after a full renovation: better proportions, a brighter living area and installations built to last decades.
We work within a very specific radius of central Madrid. In the Salamanca district, at Lagasca 115, and at General Díaz Porlier 63, classic buildings ask for restraint and quality materials. In Chamberí, at Viriato 39, the priority is opening up the daytime area. In Justicia, at Apodaca 13, we work on compact, highly liveable homes; and near El Retiro, at Plaza de Reyes Magos 8 and Jesús Aprendiz 9, in the Niño Jesús neighbourhood, calm and green surroundings define the brief.
What sets our renovations apart is what you do not see: rewiring and plumbing replaced end to end, ducted air conditioning, insulation, and home automation for lighting, climate and blinds. On top of that, natural materials that age well — herringbone wood floors, natural stone, bespoke joinery, Italian kitchens with Siemens appliances, Geberit sanitaryware and Jung switches. Each home is delivered turnkey, ready to move in.
